This marketing agency FAQ answers the questions founders raise before they apply to Maison Cealus. The answers are as specific as we can make them without knowing your business.

Is Maison Cealus a marketing agency?
Maison Cealus is a private, high-end marketing house. It does the work of a full-service marketing agency across identity, film, strategy and day-to-day marketing, with a short list of clients and a team that works from inside each business.
How does admission work?
Admission is by application. You answer five questions on the apply page, and if there is a fit we reply personally to arrange a first conversation, followed by a fitting where scope and fees are agreed.
Why do you keep a short list of clients?
We work from inside each business, which takes real time and attention. Keeping the list short on purpose means every house we take on gets that attention in full.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
We work with founders and brands that have something real to build, at any stage from pre-launch to $10M+ in revenue. Our records include a fight campaign, a members club and a SaaS company, and fit matters more to us than category or size.
What are the four lines?
Identity covers naming, the identity system, voice and copy, and art direction. Film covers launch films, campaigns, daily short form and founder content, and Strategy covers positioning, the media plan, paid testing and launch sequencing. Residence is the day-to-day work inside your business, from daily posting and testing at volume to weekly numbers and scaling what works.
Which of the four lines will my business need?
That is decided at the fitting, after the first conversation, based on what is not working and the stage you are at. Some problems sit in a single line and others run across all four, so the scope follows the problem.
Where is Maison Cealus based, and do you work remotely?
The house is based in Poland. Much of the work runs remotely, inside your own channels and weekly rhythm, and anything that needs people in the room, such as a shoot, is agreed as part of the scope.
How are your fees set?
Fees are set after the first conversation, based on the scope agreed at the fitting. We do not publish prices, because no two scopes are the same.
How long does it take to get started?
There is no fixed timetable. The pace depends on how soon we can hold the first conversation, agree scope at the fitting and get access to what we need, and we move as quickly as the business allows.
How soon will we see results?
That depends on the scope and where you are starting from. From our records, Valeron went from $0 to $16K a month in under two months, and Scaled reached 500K+ views and 7.5K followers in three months. Past results are no guarantee of future ones.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Every engagement is agreed in writing before work starts, setting out the scope, the lines involved and the fees, and the specific terms are discussed at the fitting.
What does the application form ask for?
It asks for your name, your brand or website, what is not working in your marketing, your stage and a phone number. The stage options are pre-launch, under $1M revenue, $1M to $10M and $10M+.
What happens to the information I send in the application?
When you submit the form, your answers are sent to a private Discord channel through a webhook, so the team is notified and can review them. Discord is run by Discord Inc. in the United States, and the privacy policy sets out the full detail, including your rights.
Does the website use cookies or tracking?
No. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels or local storage. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and its fonts and scripts are served from the same domain.
