Who we are
This website is run by Maison Cealus, also called House of Cealus, a private marketing house based in Poland. In these terms, we, us and our mean Maison Cealus, and you means anyone who visits or uses the site. You can reach us at fabian@mxnndirective.com.
Accepting these terms
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
These terms cover the website only. Work for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing on this site forms part of that agreement unless the agreement says so.
Using the site
You may browse the site, share links to it, save or print pages for your own reference, and quote short passages with a credit to Maison Cealus.
When you use the site, you agree not to:
- break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
- send false, misleading or automated submissions through the application form, or use it to send spam;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system, or disrupt how it works;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code;
- copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the site, or use its content for commercial purposes, without our written permission.
We may restrict access to the site, or disregard submissions, where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including the text, films, images, the Maison Cealus and House of Cealus names and marks, and the design of the pages, belong to Maison Cealus or to those who have licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual property law.
The names, logos and marks of clients, publications and other businesses shown on the site belong to their owners. Their appearance here gives you no right to use them.
Apart from the uses allowed above, you may not copy, adapt, publish or distribute any of the content without our written permission. To ask for permission, email us.
No advice and no warranties
The site describes the house, its services and its work, and the journal shares general views on marketing. None of it is professional, legal, financial or investment advice, and none of it takes your circumstances into account. Make your own decisions for your business, and take independent advice where you need it.
Results shown on the site are records of past work for particular clients in particular conditions. They are not a promise or a forecast of what any other brand will achieve.
Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services. Admission to the house is by application, and any engagement is agreed separately in writing.
We take care to keep the site accurate and available. To the extent the law allows, we provide it as it is, without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors or viruses, complete or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Maison Cealus is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, your inability to use it or your reliance on its content. This includes loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunities, and any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for damage caused intentionally, or affects any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Applications and messages
Sending an application through the form, or writing to us by email, does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. It does not mean we have accepted your brand. We reply personally when there is a fit.
By sending us information, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential material through the form or by email unless we have agreed in advance how it will be handled.

Links to other websites
Where the site links to a website we do not run, we are not responsible for that website's content or its privacy practices.
Governing law and courts
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the law of Poland. Disputes will be decided by the competent common courts in Poland.
If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there where the law allows it.
General
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we may still enforce it later.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version published when you use the site is the one that applies.
