IT & Systems Lead

About the role

Most IT systems lead jobs hand you a queue of tickets. This one hands you the whole house, and the trust to set it up properly. You decide how people sign in, how machines are managed and where the footage lives, then keep it all working.

Maison Cealus is a private marketing house based in Poland. Our client list is short. We call each client a house and work from inside its business across identity, film, strategy and residence. For IT, that means people working across time zones, heavy video files and the keys to accounts that belong to the houses we serve. We closed our seed round in June 2026, and now is the time to build foundations that will carry more.

What you will do

• Run identity and access: single sign-on, MFA on every account and the admin behind mail, calendars and shared drives, with access matched to the houses each person works on.
• Manage our Macs through MDM, from zero-touch setup to patching, encryption and remote wipe. macOS comes first here.
• Design storage and transfer for large media, so footage moves from the shoot to the edit to the client without getting lost, stuck or exposed.
• Support the editing workstations, from specs and calibrated displays to the software editors rely on, so no deadline waits on a machine.
• Own security and backups: endpoint protection, a password manager, restores you have actually tested and a written plan for a bad day.
• Protect personal and client data with GDPR and US state privacy laws in mind, and keep our privacy policy true in practice.
• Run onboarding and offboarding: a working Mac and the right access on day one, access removed on the last day, and a short SaaS and vendor list with every renewal on the calendar.
• Keep the website's application forms secure and working, since every new house and every candidate applies through them.

What you bring

• 5+ years in IT administration, ideally at a creative studio or agency.
• You are a confident macOS administrator who has run an MDM such as Jamf, Kandji or Mosyle.
• Strong Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration, with SSO and MFA run through an identity provider such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Hands-on experience with large media: shared storage, cloud sync, backup and fast transfer for camera footage and edit projects.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA, and the judgment to turn them into plain settings and habits.
• Experience as a remote IT manager. You can fix a laptop over a video call, then write the guide that keeps the question from coming back.
• A clear sense of what to fix now and what can wait, and the calm to say no to a tool we do not need.
• Systems work you can show, such as a runbook, a migration you led or a setup you documented.

Nice to have

• You have held a remote IT systems lead job before, or have run IT for a team spread across time zones.
• Time as a creative agency IT manager or at a post-production studio, supporting DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• GDPR in practice at an EU-based company, including records of processing, data requests and vendor agreements.

Pay and how we work

You will find the IT systems lead salary range below, before you spend any time on an application.

• Base salary: $100,000–$135,000 USD a year.
• Full-time, remote within the United States.
• Some calls fall early in your day, because the house is based in Europe.
• The range is a good-faith range for this role, and the offer depends on your experience.
