One story sequence brought The Blueprint $100K+ in payments

The brief

The Blueprint had an offer and an audience that watched its stories. The job was to turn that attention into payments.

Stories suit that job. They reach people who already follow you, they play in order, and each one gets a few seconds before the next tap. A brand gets a short, controlled run of attention from people who already know it.

What we did

We built one story sequence. A story sequence is a run of stories planned and posted as a single piece, where the order matters as much as any one frame.

A selling sequence usually moves through four stages, and a well-built one gives every frame a single job.

  1. The opening. The first frames earn the next tap by naming something the viewer already wants or a problem they already feel.
  2. The case. The middle frames explain what the offer is, who it is for and why it works, in plain words.
  3. The doubts. Before anyone pays, the usual objections are answered, such as cost, what happens after paying and who the offer suits.
  4. The ask. The last frames make one clear request and make paying simple.

We built the sequence for a single outcome, payment. Planning what goes out and in what order sits within Line III, Strategy, which includes launch sequencing. When the frames need writing and shooting, Line II, Film does that in the house.

What happened

The Blueprint took $100K+ in payments in seven days. All of it came from one story sequence.

That is a great deal of money from a single piece of work. It shows how much a well-built sequence can do when the right audience is already watching.

What to take from it

  • Plan the whole sequence before the first frame goes up. Write it start to finish, then post it in order.
  • Give every frame one job. If a frame does not move the viewer closer to a decision, cut it.
  • Answer doubts before the ask. Price, process and fit are easier to settle inside the sequence than in a call afterwards.
  • Make paying simple. One offer, one clear next step and as few taps as possible.
  • Judge it by payments. Story views tell you who watched. Payments tell you whether the sequence worked.
